This is by far the best Bojangles I've been to. They handle their lunch rush like bosses compared to some places we see while traveling. It's cleaner than some and friendlier than most. If they run out of something instead of making you wait, they will often offer a great substitute deal.
I'm afraid I only went in for the ice tea. It is delicious and consistent with ant store I might stop at. Lemons too !
When I'm in the mood for Bojangles, I regularly stop at the store on Peters Creek solely because of its proximity to my home.
While I appreciate the manager behind the counter who does everything she can to accommodate when I request to wait on fresh fries to come up, the rest of the staff really leave a lot to be desired.
I have a thing about my fries. I want them so hot they burn my face off. I'm going to eat them as soon as they come out, scorching hot, steaming, burning my tongue.
Every time I've gone to any Bojangles location, I ask to wait for fries to come up. Salem location, where I used to live, would regularly ask me to pull forward, drop them, and then carry them out to me as soon as they came up. Absolutely fine.
At THIS location, however, I finally gave up after a while and just automatically go in now to ask, because every time I would go through the drive-through, the male manager who always looks like he needs a shower would hand me a bag and when asked, would respond testily that they had just come up, I would pull forward five feet and eat one, only to find out it was lukewarm or cold.
So, while I know many people are not fans of fast food, it's a special treat for me, so I want it how I want it.
It's good standard Bojangles fare, nothing out of the ordinary, but if you have any special requests you better walk in to get it at this location.
Great food and friendly folks! I got the breakfast platter which I didn't see on the menu but was very affordable. It had scrambled eggs, a biscuit with sausage gravy, grits and Bo rounds. I asked for a side of crispy bacon. And I was sooo happy!
The food is great. If you love chicken with a little spice this is the place for you. The resteraunt itself is new, but the utilities aren't the best quality. I'm still giving it a 5 star because of the food, atmosphere, and helpful employees. Would go here again and again!!
