Starbucks

It's one of the Roanoke VA area's newer Starbucks. And with all the others' around here the staff is always fantastic to deal with. One person in particular named Bri, worked at another Starbucks I go to. But seeing her at this new place was great! She always remembers my complicated order, and makes time to catch-up. The other staff there always go out of their way to remember your name and order too. ALWAYS a bright spot in my day.

So when this location first opened it was amazing, however figured out they had blue hill Starbuck employees working at this new location! Now that they are no longer working there it is terrible! My coffee is very specific it took me a long time to master my drink and I pay over 9 dollars for my one coffee! Venti vanilla cold brew light ice, 12 pumps vanilla syrup in total, extra sweet cream foam, carmel drizzle on cup and top! It’s only come out correct twice! Please bring blue hill employee back till they figure this store out!

Another nice location of Starbucks. My drink was great

I know this is probably petty. However, I went to this new Starbucks this morning 03/26 to get matcha drink and water. Now everyone knows the water at Starbucks is the best water ever. I know this location is new, but the water I got this morning was gross. It tasted like city/county water. Didn't taste at all like it was filtered. Please check this locations water filter.
