(June 13, 2019, 3:00 pm)I love what the Bistro stands for; local, organic, conscientious. The food sometimes is amazing, sometimes not so much. We ordered the pulled pork platter which never disappoints. I got a small salad which was a generous portion and fresh. The humus and pitas fries were ok. The pits fries were cooked to a pretty good consistency, but my eating companion agreed, the roasted red pepper humus had an odd flavor, sort of like burned hair. We were confused.

(April 20, 2019, 3:29 pm)Food was good but cold when it finally arrived. We waited a good 30 minutes for 2 orders of fries, a burger and pulled pork plate. There were six tables and a couple seated after us got their food first and I was never even offered a refill on my ice tea.
