Good food. Pricey and even with the limited seating, it was noisy. Music was too loud and acoustics were not great.

My family and I came here this past weekend to celebrate my birthday. I was a little nervous to try something new on my bday instead of going to one of my usual faves, but we are all SO glad we came! We ordered a few appetizers, experimented with various cocktails, and ordered incredible entrees. We tried quite a bit of the menu between the 6 of us and I can honestly say it was one of the best birthday dinners I’ve had. Everything was flavorful, beautifully presented, and well portioned. Sidecar is for sure a new family favorite! Can’t wait to come back!

Hands down my favorite Roanoke restaurant. The food was outstanding. I loved the oysters, Jägerschnitzel, poutine, heirloom tomatoes, and duck. We are very well. I loved every bite. The beer selection is fantastic as many beers are locals and from Europe. If you like Belgian beer you came to the right place. They have Duvel on draft, I was very happy. Self care is a nice cocktail- careful it’s pretty powerful. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is very nice. I will be back.

AMAZING! Fantastic food, great service. It's pricey but you get what you pay for I'd say it's the best value restaurant in Roanoke.

What I would give for more of this place! The food is unbelievable. So many items on the menu that are very rare for the area make this place all by itself. Diving in to the cocktail menu is a whole other journey! Very robust cocktail list with pairings noted. Everything from the front to the back of this establishment is high quality. Don’t forget to send a post card to someone to get the word out!!
