Starbucks

11/21/23 Unfortunately again today, I had to ask for my sandwich that was laying next to the oven instead of at the pickup area. It was still cold in the center as well.☹️
Also, the front door sometimes sticks open letting uncomfortable cold air into the dining area.
Hoping these notes will help our new Lexington Starbucks reach & maintain the Starbucks standards for excellence we've come to expect.

The in store orders I've gotten 3 times slow. The drinks have been wonderful. Atmosphere 3 due to boxes at restroom areas. Also I think they need to do better making more of the items on menu by 10 none of the muffins?????

It was a typical Starbucks - friendly staff and good service. Situated on I-81 It provided a nice chance to regroup before getting back on road. Wish their food was better.

I’ve had nothing but great service at this location!! And even better drinks! Everyone working so far has been so friendly! And I’m just going to blame the wonderful atmosphere for the reason I go everyday, not my coffee addiction! You guys are great! Keep it up!

this is my second time going here so far. I got an Iced white chocolate mocha, I loved it! Highly recommend.
