I've pretty much recommended this place to every one I know in Roanoke after I tried their ox tail and rice. If you get the chance make sure to also try to Mac and cheese but don't be surprised if it gets sold out because it is just THAT good!!

Amazing! Food is great, the customer service is wonderful. The lady up front is quick and super friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be back without a doubt!

A heavenly smell wafts around the area from the three large smokers sitting outside. Great food with a complex flavor that is fall off the bone, friendly service with a smile! Only complaint is that while the ox tail was spicy, it wasn't spicy enough! Sauce, cabbage, rice oxtail, all delicious!

The jerk chicken was so good. I had the mild abs it was even hot for me. Beans and rice and cabbage also good, though I would have preferred more beans than rice. The eating area was small and warm with plenty of customers, so I got my food to go. Will be back!
