Lydia's Italian Kitchen

This lovely restaurant offers simple yet delicious Italian entrees. The classic spaghetti with meatballs was perfection. If you’re wanting a quick bite or dinner with friends, Lydia’s Italian Kitchen is the answer.

I found this restaurant to be overpriced for its quality. The food was just okay. Calamari was bland. The bread sticks tasted doughy. The entree portions were large, so if you like the taste of what you ordered that's a plus. Also, while the restaurant itself has no control over this next observation it is worth noting for some - about 80% of the patrons seemed to be good ole country folk, and not in a good way. As an interracial couple, my boyfriend and I felt very out of place. People did double takes, looked us up and down, and quite literally stared at us throughout our entire meal; I half expected to be told 'our kind' wasn't welcome round these parts. Maybe we went on a particularly regressive day, but we will not go again to find out.

Great food, large selection of items. Also had exceptional service (props to the cute waiter who served us). Prices are equal to the amount and quality of food you get! Come hungry!

Food was excellent. Service, not so much. Empty drink glasses were noticed and mentioned, but not refilled. Bread sticks were brought after meal was finished. Good value for food. We went mid-afternoon and business was slow.
