“Greatest place to eat! We are visiting the state of Virginia and ate supper at this Denny's. The hostess was so very courteous and welcoming giving us the choice of booth or table. Our waitress, Michelle, was outstanding. She served our drinks upon our arrival. Then gave us menus as well as a page with specials. We ordered our meals and were very pleased with the delicious side salad and the loaded potato soup. My friend ate his meal but I had to take some out. We received a discount with my AARP card. We go to Penny's whenever we have the chance.”

“What a lovely old home this is. It has been transformed into a lovely Tea Room with lots of seating. There are two rooms downstairs with lots of tables and chairs, along with two other rooms upstairs with more seating. It also has a lovely outdoor spot to enjoy on nice days. This would be a great place to have a small gathering for a birthday celebration for wedding/baby shower. The food and tea were served quickly and were delicious. They do have a room downstairs where you can buy tea to take home. They also have a gift shop.”

Especially nice is the open air patio that is accessible on two sides of the restaurant with one, 2 party, or multi seating tables.
