“Our first time visiting this winery and bringing our out of town guest. Bad/no signage at street/bridge entrance. Couldn’t figure out where entrance was located. At the tasting counter we greeted staff and said “... it’s our first time here..”. Got no welcome, history, just the auto pilot pitch about the wine tasting. It was full of customers ... but not overly crowded. We ordered food and the tattooed waiter didn’t bring enough plates. We asked him for more only to be waved at as he walked away ...Very disappointing service. It was lovely setting, food/pizza was great! We enjoyed the hiking and novelty of the suspension walking bridge.”

“When we arrived there were not many people in the restaurant yet we had to wait several minutes for the host to appear. Then several more minutes before our server could get to us. She did walk by and greet us and said she'd be with us in a minute. They must have been short on staff when we first arrived, because a bit later a few more servers appeared. Once Beverly was able to get to us things sped up. Beverly was friendly while taking our order. The food was delivered by Destiny who was delightful, big smile, great laugh! The food was cooked perfectly. So, after a bit of a rocky start all went well.”

Both times was pleasant and also had bragged to KFC Guest Relations about quality of the food and customer service I had there. Manager was also nice as well. This last time at Arby’s, I ordered such a high roast beef sandwich that I couldn’t even eat the last few bites (nothing else ordered like French fries or any appetizers.). That was a really impressive roast beef sandwich. And the next best thing,for me, is putting a ton of Arby’s sauce on it!”

“Very good! The honey chicken was tangy and not too sweet. I really enjoyed the hot and sour soup as well, it featured big chunks of tofu and lots of mushroom. The egg drop soup was perfect, just slimy enough, exactly how I prefer it. The General Tsaos was unique and very good, it had a little orange flavor to it. I also enjoyed the pepper shrimp, and there was an excellent veggie dish of snow peas and broccoli in a garlicky sauce. All very good, lots of selection, clean, and the service was top notch.”
