“The ambiance in general was great, the service was good, and the food was good. The IPA tasted watery to me (seven bender). This seemed to work for the hefeweisen. The space is huge but the crowd was moderate for a Saturday, and the staff seemed stretched. I wonder if they could handle a capacity crowd. They use a standard order at counter and they deliver food to you model, but they really need a better system than ordering at the bar in the center aisle of the facility.”
