Some of the best French toast I’ve ever had. Highly recommend

One of my coworkers seen this on hos daily motorcycle ride and stopped and brought back fried chicken in between 2 waffles with honey and it was absolutely amazing. I am so glad he found this place because I will be eating there several more times to try diffrent things. If your in the area it is deffinatley a place to stop and have delicious food.

Shenan and Chris and their brother and sister prep/hostess staff are a great team. The food is always delicious and fresh. Plenty of outside seating in a socially distance arrangement. They do great dessert catering also with waffles. I used them personally at my home and it was so much fun. For an afternoon event they prepared pancake tacos with all kinds of toppings, like chicken and beef and so forth. During and evening event they created the desert station with cake, and regular waffles with many delicious toppings. Whip cream is always fresh. Today I stopped by for a ham and cheddar cheese grilled sandwich.

I can't imagine it's easy to start a business during COVID-19, but the team at The Pancake Underground did it so well. Picked up a French Toast breakfast that was soooo good. Most (if not all) ingredients were locally sourced, and you can really tell the difference. They even whipped up scrambled egg whites (my favorite) on request. Definitely recommend!
