I frequent this subway often; at least 2x a week. I literally get the same thing every single time. With that being said it is very easy for me to know whether my sandwich and service is on point. 90% of the time
The customer service and food is on point. All of the veteran female employees are phenomenal.. they know what I want before I even say a word. However the owner really needs to focus his time on the newer employees that he brings onto his team. The only male other than the owner lacks in customer service and doesn't seem to care about the customers or their needs... I dread when I realize he will be the one making My sandwich and tonight... I had a brand new girl assist me that I have never seen before. I order the bacon egg and cheese flatbread EVERY visit. This time the girl split my egg. I said they don't split the egg and she asked me "on a 6 inch?"... where were the veteran employees to assist? It's one WHOLE EGG... if it's a footlong it's 2 full eggs. I asked her how long she had been working there and she responded that she started last week. Once again I love all of the veteran employees because they are friendly and know how to do their job but the new hires need more attention and to be trained correctly.
