Very delicious. The cashier was very helpful and asked questions to make sure we got what we wanted. There are great options and flexibility to the sampler platter. Which I found was great value. 15 bucks and you get half rack, 1/4th lb chicken and pulled pork with bread with two sides (Mac and cheese was great). They also have a stuffed potato the size of dinner plate filled to the brim with all the fixings plus meat for only 10. It could be a lunch for two right there. The seating was also comfortable and cozy for a small location. I hope they have success and manage to stick around.

Amazing bbq! The pulled pork was moist and not over seasoned like most bbq places, the Mac n cheese was perfection and the prices were decent! I highly recommend this little spot!

Oh yeah! This place is great! Nice people, service, and GREAT FOOD! Definitely try these ribs for yourself and you'll be happy to have found one of the best BBQ places in the Fredericksburg area. PORTIONS ARE GENEROUS, don't let the little strip mall look fool you.

Looking for food and my wife spotted this from the road. Stopped and loved it, both of us. She - a Pork Sandwich (Pork BBQ) with slaw and fries, me a Giant Stuffed Pork Potato. Food was wonderful and plentiful. I should've taken home HALF of the stuffed potato - that would have been enough of a lunch. I could not finish the whole thing, and the leftovers were also great. Generously used their standard BBQ sauce on the food. We live ~2hrs away, but if we're traveling 95 down that way again we will be stopping! Staff was friendly as well. Wishing them the best, as as of Sept 2019 they've only been open ~ 2 months.
