Fatty's Taphouse

Not a fan of the swipe/pour your own brew setup. It was original once upon a time. I'd give it more cred if the beer lineup was better. To be honest, I'm not sure there was a single beer that I would have been all that interested in. The munu is kind of intriguing ... but I personally prefer my seafood steamed, grilled or broiled. You could get some of it that way, but the rest is fried.

I had lunch there with the boss of the company I work for. The restaurant was just about empty, but it was nice. The staff there is very helpful and selection the menu. Food only took about 10 minutes to come out. I had a burger because I really didn't figure out what I really wanted on this menu, therefore I selected the easy way out of just getting a cheeseburger. I’m not a big fish eater so that ruled all that out. The fries very tasty. I like that they have the selection of different beers that you can get from the beer fountain like area. You can mix your beer at a reasonable price.

Delicious food, and plenty of craft beer on self-serve taps!

This was my first self serve tap experience. The only downside is seeing the cost of the beer count up while you're pouring to remind you of how expensive this hobby is.

5 stars for the BEER! 40 beers on tap and its self serve! If you want to try one, no problem, just poor an ounce. If you like, poor an entire glass. Enjoy a flight of four tasters. Each tap has a touch screen above the tap with some information about each beer. So cool!
