“We ate appetizers and had drinks. Happy hour drinks are a good value and so was the food. It's good bar food. Service on the drinks and the food was a little slow. I would go back though because of the value.”

Decent People Taproom

Address: 5140 River Club Dr #120, Suffolk, VA 23435, USA

“Great first time experience! Quick warm greeting upon arrival to mention in particular however all the staff we're friendly and helpful. The drink selection is huge and very customizable as you pour your own drinks and pay per ounce. I had the house burger and fries, my craving for a good burger was thoroughly satisfied. The prices are decent considering the quality. Will be returning soon!”

Decoys Seafood

Restaurant

“Dollar Taco Tuesday is a real treat. The quality of the food is top notch and for a dollar, you just can't beat it. Waitstaff is pleasant and attentive. Good selection of beers on tap.”

Hong Kong Restaurant

Address: Bridge Rd suite 2a, Suffolk, VA 23435, USA

Restaurant

“This is your standard American Chinese food joint. The food quality and pricing is on the decent and fair side. Everything is pretty standard here. I'll order take out about once a month or so and they are pretty consistent. I recommend trying the vegetable soup. Some places don't have this on the menu and I prefer it over egg drop or wonton.”

Burger King

Address: 2925 Bridge Rd, Suffolk, VA 23435, USA

Restaurant

“Just ok, burgers are your thing. Leave cooking chicken alone. This is the third time, I bought the grilled chicken sandwich. It's dry, burnt tasting, rubbery, just over- cooked. The crispy chicken, not chicken, crispy dry. The nuggets, compressed something, never chicken breast. Stay in your lane with the best burgers, you're well known for. You're doing great with this, because you are still in business. Just sharing the truth about your chicken, and my bad experiences.”

Village Cafe

Address: 108 Kings Hwy, Suffolk, VA 23432, USA

Restaurant

“I've only been here a couple of times and then it was only for the ice cream. I love the ambiance of the place and it is located in one of my favorite places, Chuckatuck. They have a lunch menu which I will have to get back and try one day. The young man who runs the place is very friendly and talkative. I just wish the scoops of ice cream were a little bit bigger.”

River Stone Chophouse

Address: 8032 Harbour View Blvd, Suffolk, VA 23435, USA

Restaurant

“This past Sunday my wife and I treated our In-Law to a Sunday brunch at River Stone Chophouse. We are all very glad we did. The food was outstanding! The service was delivered with a smile and with enthusiasm. The Manager seemed genuine when he came to our table to check on his guest. The brunch is buffet style. This is NOT Captain Georges. At River Stone less is more. In fact a great deal more. So no they do not have a hundred trays of reheated food however they do offer a reasonable amount of fresh, well prepared and delectable choices. The omelette Chef is excellent! The carving stations served juicy and tender meats. The peeled shrimp and oysters on the half shell where both very fresh. The lobster bisque was some of the best I ever had. The cost of approximately $30.00 per person also adds great value to the dining experience. Lasty give their Pomegranate Mimosa a try from their expansive cocktail list.”

Vintage Tavern

Address: 1900 Governors Pointe Dr, Suffolk, VA 23436, USA

Restaurant

“Magnificent meal and service! Our server,Keith, was knowledgeable and recommended perfect meals for me and my husband. We had the Norfolk crab appetizer along with the beef tenderloin and crab cakes. I can't believe that this is owned by the same people that own Decoys. Vintage Tavern is by far, a better restaurant experience. I commend the manager or chef for their accomplishments.”

O'doodleDoo's Donuts

Address: 1601 Bridge Rd, Suffolk, VA 23433, USA

Bakery Restaurant

“These are the most delicious donuts on the planet. Even two days later, they hold their freshness and flavor. The variety changes daily and they do run out sometimes. There is outdoor seating if you want to bring the kids or a date.”
