Wow ! When you first walk in you immediately recognize the transformation of this old building back to its glory days with its modern touches. Staff & Owners personally greeted us and answered our questions about their specials and regular menu. The hardest part now deciding what to order as I wanted it all! pictured:

COLLARDS…. Saved this for last …. Wish I had a bucket full!!!! Perfect amount of what good collards should contain.

Highly recommend putting this place on your regular rotation when eating out!

Great place to enjoy lunch or visit. The smoked Mahi cold plate is the best!! The chicken salad is great too. They have fresh farm eggs you can buy. Tons of amazing desserts, which I haven’t tried yet but look delicious. Very quaint and friendly. Absolutely a must stop in when your in the southern area of Virginia Beach. We are lucky that we live so close. 😊

What an amazing and charming place to eat! Off the beaten path, deep in the heart of Pungo. A must go-to place when headed either direction down Princess Anne Road. Lovely Crab cake sandwich special and the Rueben is TO-DIE for!!! I’m still drooling 🤤!!!

Went around lunchtime on a Sunny Saturday so the place was packed. Very limited seating, making order to go the fastest way to eat your meal. The staff in high grear to accommodate all the orders.

My guy & I have been visiting Back Bay Market & Deli weekly and we've enjoyed every single thing we've ordered! It is an amazing addition to the Pungo community.
