Burger King

Black manager Philips at least that was the name on the receipt today at 11:40 pm June 25, 2019 was so extremely nice and polite I had to write a review for him. My husband asked him if the onion rings where fresh and he didn't hesitate to say I will make fresh ones for you and then told us to wait a few mins and pull up. Just a great young man who went above and beyond for us. He deserves a promotion.

BUSY tonight, and they nailed my special order with a quickness! Impressive. Corey (the assistant manager, I believe- don't have my glasses on) was at the window and nice and smiling despite the rush.

Y'all are always getting every aspect of our orders right and I appreciate being able to stop someplace that I can count on to do it right the first time. You've become a regular stop for us! Keep on with the great service, we appreciate you!

This Burger King is not too bad however I ordered 4 chocolate chip cookies & winded up getting 1 chocolate chip and 3 m&ms when I specifically said 4 chocolate chips which could’ve been stated to me if they ran out of chocolate chip & the issue that I have is how Burger King promotes stuff that they can never produce. They say you can “Have it your way” but yet they don’t accommodate to where you can have it the way you want it so if the communication could work a little better that would be appreciated. ????????
