Brian prepared the best Philly CheeseSteak Sandwich I've had to date in Virginia Beach.
Even better... today Thursday they have it as a special on the menu on Thursdays.

(June 27, 2019, 9:56 pm)At first sight, Judy’s appears to be just an average run of the mill dive bar, but we decided to try it out anyway because we had heard the burgers were some of the best around, and I’m truly glad we did. Our burgers were amazing and the service was excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Don’t be deterred by the appearance, and try it, you won’t be disappointed.
