Noodle Man

I love this place. It’s authenticity and deliciousness is something to be amazed by. First off, hand pulled in front of you. Second off, amazing Chinese spices! Great way to introduce people to Chinese style noodles. Ramen shops for Japanese style noodles, here for Chinese style.

The ramen is THE BEST! Its cool that you can watch the chef make the noodles too. Our server was such a delight. I love this little place

Food was great! Staff attentive. Try the beef pancake & salt & pepper fried pork loin! If you're hungry after eating here you did something wrong! I look forward to future pilgrimages to va beach for more Noodle Man!

This is my favorite pho noodle spot. The staff are very nice and attentive. They have a pretty good assortment of soups and noodles and so far all that I have tried have been superb. I have had the Mongolian beef with noodles twice now, this most recent time I had chicken with cashews which was superb as well. All three times that I have been there I always get the spicy cucumber salad and that is delicious but it is pretty spicy. They have a pretty nice selection of specialty teas of which my uncle and girlfriend enjoyed. I look forward to coming back and trying the soups when it gets a little colder outside I imagine I will be very pleased.

This place was amazing. I have been wanting to try it for a while. The place is small but cozy. The soup and staff is amazing and plan on going back a lot once it gets colder outside.

Update: I lied and now I'm coming once a week.
