The Egg Bistro Haygood

What a cute and super friendly spot!! I was full from all the eating I did yesterday, so I just ordered decaf coffee. My daughter ordered Canadian Ham and my hubby got a Meat Omelet. I was full just watching them eat. I was feening for a bite of each entree but I was able to hold off until they said they were stuffed. I tried a bite of their scraps and they were so yummy.

The staff was ALL so super friendly and helpful. They all worked together to keep our needs met.

This was a fantastic breakfast stop. Our waitress was right on top of things and the food was delicious. I had the Cuban shrimp bowl and I was only able to eat half of it. The shrimp were tender and the eggs were fluffy. I didn't know how I would feel about the pickles, but they added to the overall flavor. They were salty, tart, and had a spicy kick that arrived after you were done. This is a gem.

I honestly just ordered my food and received my drinks and instantly wanted to leave a review ☺️ my waitress is Kelsey she is so bubbly and awesome. I eat breakfast here every Sunday morning and this is my first time at this location! I want to say thank you for this location first because it’s so much closer to my home over the water, and most importantly for the great service. I’m pretty sure my food will be awesome just like the other locations 💜

Well they did it again! Another great restaurant with consistently awesome food and amazing service! Although I never minded going a little out of the way for a great restaurant, thank you for bringing your awesomeness to this end of VA Beach! I love that this place is a favorite of my meat eating friends and family, yet they have great plant based options. There are a variety of mimosas and bloody marys and so many great dishes on the menu, you'll want to try them all.

Great food! Thank you Egg Bistro for opening @ the Haygood Shopping Center. This area really needed a breakfast restaurant. Eager to try lunch menu. Prices are reasonable and the folks that work there are nice and move at lighting speed. By all appearances it must have a great management team.
