Ruby Tuesday

We bought our newborn in and didnt know how our first outing would do. Our waitress was so amazing and was gentle and quiet with the baby. She also helped us figure out what we wanted thanks to her suggestions. The food came out nice and hot and it was delicious. Highly recommend for the afternoon. Its quiet and perfect!

The food was good as usual. The decor is atrocious. Yes the old dark wood English Pub decor was dated but not obsolete. The attempt to paint over this highly gloss finish with stark WHITE was a mistake. It chips and looks old and unkempt, also it looks like they had children do the trim work. Lines are not straight and over painted on adjacent surfaces. Its truly unpleasant to look at to the point it looks like primer and still under construction.

Atmosphere feels like eating at a cheap place. Needs an atmosphere redo. That being said, very good ribs, excellent hamburgers and good variety on salad bar. 2of us was $50+

It was a regular Ruby Tuesday. The food was good. Atmosphere okay. Wait staff was excellent. What really stood out was the manager. I had a problem with the presentation of my fried pickles. I told our waitress I wasn't happy and she told the manager. The manager actually went to the back and cooked me a fresh order that was awesome. Small things make a big difference and this manager knew that. I left pleased and full.
