“I want to give this place 4 stars but I just can't do it. The staff is a mixed bag of nuts. One trip you get the helpful lady with the tattoos and the next you might get some other person who is just there to collect a check. The service has been up and down. A few days ago they ran out of caramel. Not sure how that happens. The parking lot is incredibly small but maneuverable. The lack of a sign really hurts this place. I pass it by accident every single time. All they have a Dunkin flag that isn't visible until you are right at the driveway and by that time you have to either slam on the brakes or go make a U-turn. All of these things are sure signs of a freshly opened franchise. I'm sure the kinks will get worked out over time. They seem to have a smart management staff.”

We brought our puppy with us to grab a quick lunch, and the outdoor area was packed away for storm preparations. I've been wanting to take some pictures of the food but i know it's gonna be good and by the time I think about it, the sandwich is gone lol. It's a place I would definitely recommend to someone whose looking for a nice deli sandwich. It far exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend The Honeybaked sandwich. “The review is for the bar area and staff. If anyone in your party has limited walking abilities know that the parking can be horrible, very limited parking nearby. Although, there are garages nearby and there is paid valet service (after 5pm). We have eaten in the restaurant section a couple of times, but it was very slow (they were not crowded). So now we enjoy our time either at the bar or in the bar area. Their happy hour food and drink specials are good. I love the hamburger. The bartenders can be hit or miss - sometimes they don’t seem like they want your business and other times they can’t wait to be of service. But, as long as you have someone there with you to enjoy your time with just sit back and go with the flow. They do offer outdoor seating and the staff is always helpful out there.”

“Five Guys has a fantastically clean location. When you create your burger you can select any number of toppings. For a guy like me, this means very odd combinations but always delicious. You won't wait very long for your food and I've never had a bad Burger. The fries are delicious but a bit greasy. I had the seasoned fries but I don't believe I will do so again as the seasoning is a bit course. Price wise I believe they are slightly more expensive but once you take into account the unlimited toppings it easily equals out. My wife and I may go there again if we really feel like indulging.”

Highly recommend the crab dip, shrimp tacos & crab legs. Our waitress was awesome and split checks for us. Will go back if ever in VB again!”
