“I have to tell everyone out there. You must try the fish sandwich. It wasn’t just the size of the fish sandwich. It was the type of battering. It was the moistness of the fish and I have to give David a lot of kudos. My mother and I were there twice on two different weekends and his service is nothing less than five star. I think that is the best fish sandwich I have ever had in my life and the night before I had a fish sandwich at another restaurant absolutely no comparison at all. I will 100% make a point to come by the restaurant for their great service and great food. Every time I come to Virginia Beach there’s no way I could not come back there.”

“We were in VA beach for 2 nights, came here the first night and came back the second. With a chill, glowy atmosphere, friendly staff and some more modern reggae tunes playing in the background, we were comfortable and ready for any level of beach food. What we got was a really fantastic meal none of us expected. We shared around, the first night it was the fried chicken sandwich, herb encrusted flounder and some appetizers including crab soup. The chicken sandwich was like beer battered or tempura fried or something and so retained it's (going to say wetness because people seem to be anti-m word now), and the sauce on top really made it. Then the crab soup was a lifetime favorite for a few of our party. Second night we asked for a mermaid's tail drink as a mocktail and it was delicious. We went again with the crab stuffed (encrusted fits in there somewhere) flounder and then got the French onion burger. Burger was asked to be medium and they nailed it, and it kind of did taste like French onion soup on a burger, hard to pull off, very satisfying. Lots of places to choose from on the VA beach boardwalk. We recommend FishTalesVB!”

“Our experience here was great! We did get caught off guard by a member of their team when we were just trying to buy Tickets for the Rudee Rocket boat ride. His name was Marcus.. and he was very kind and offered us free tickets for the boat, $30 dinner credit and a 3day/2night getaway JUST to hear them out for 90 minutes about what they had to offer and take their tour of OceanAire. Sounded good and we weren't in a hurry. He walked us over to the location and we were greeted by ALL the staff that saw us. We were offered drinks and didn't wait long at all to begin. Riana was the one to do our tour and she was very professional and pleasant. She explained everything very thoroughly and it sounded great. It didn't quite work with out budget, since we just finished our 7 days vacation but a manager came out (Charles) and helped us figure out something to help us out, and we now are happy time share owners! Every single person we met there was very well mannered, pleasant, and extremely helpful.”

It was easy to find because it was in the Hampton Inn - North. The bartenders were so friendly and the drinks were good. I gave the pizza roll a try and the dough is perfection. “I was expecting gelato but it was ice cream. Came to $19 for 2 large cups of sherbert. I was actually looking for coffee but I didn't see any coffee equipment behind the counter. Just the cold brew coffee dispenser next to the drink fridge, so I was a little disappointed. My son got this banana split dessert and really liked it but it was a little expensive - $15.”

“I loveeeee this place ! We made sure we arrived there before it got super packed, so before noon. The atmosphere is very cute, peaceful and very chill esp if you and your partner like to enjoy a somewhat private, beautiful outing before peak times. Parking was only $6 for a little over an hour at the Marriott hotel. Great views of the beach, skies and families in the nearby pool enjoying themselves. Our bartender was great and the drinks and food were on point . 10/10!”

“Nice new coffee and pastries/cakes shop. Decor and setting is modern, fresh flowers on tables, central communal table provides for intimate casual dining. Service here at Operation Brew is friendly. You can see it’s a tight knit family run place abound with care to make customers’ experience a great one. Unique offering of coffee, beverages like honey latte but it’s not just honey and milk- also has turmeric and cinnamon! They also have good for you, pick me up cold pressed drinks! Their cakes look delicious: snickers cake, Victoria secret cake (that delicate pink frosting!, napoleon cake, honey cake (both looking like mille cake!), meringue roll and the list goes on and on. I ordered a salmon wrap to go. It was absolutely fresh and delicious. So much so that I didn’t remember to take a picture until I was halfway done! Will definitely go back for their juices and cakes!”

The lemon drop cocktail was absolutely delightful, and I must say, the bartender provided exceptional service with their friendly and charming demeanor. If you're looking for a recommendation, their oxtails dish is highly recommended. However, it's worth noting that during my visit, I observed the manager carrying a baby on her hip behind the bar, which slightly deviated from the upscale atmosphere I had anticipated. “Royal Farms located on the corner of Princess Anne Road and General Booth Boulevard is a great addition! Idea convenient store stop for refreshments when heading to Sandbridge Beach 🏖️. This is the first Royal Farms that I have ever shopped at. I stepped out of my vehicle and immediately smelled the chicken while in the parking lot. I usually do not eat fried chicken unless my uncle has cooked it. Royal Farms chicken’s smell was similar to my uncle’s. I decided to try Royal Farms chicken and was surprisingly impressed.🐔The chicken is really good and cooked to perfection.😋The employees are friendly and eager to help. Ample gas pumps and parking available. Royal Farms also has a car wash.”

“We went here for Mothers Day, it was our first time. There was a man playing live jazz and some good songs too. The food came out hot. The cornbread was good and sweet. The collard greens were very good along with the Mac N Cheese. My husband enjoyed his fried turkey chops. I got the fried chicken, and it was season nicely. My nephew even had ribs, but they don't give you many, though. The sweet tea is also good here.”
