Front Royal Diner

Good food at a great price. Personal service :)

Very good diner food. I had the cheese burger and my wife had the egg salad sandwich. Both were delicious.

I had high hopes because I enjoy diners. Unfortunately this one doesn't seem to try very hard. The place is a bit dingy. The service is not surly, but not friendly. The server spilled coffee into the saucer and did not wipe it out or offer an extra napkin for me to wipe it up. There were 4 in our party and only two other parties in the place, but we were offered coffee refills only once. The hashbrowns were a disappointment. A huge pile of what looked like lumpy mashed potatoes kind of browned a little on the outside. The bright point was that I got eye toast.

Outstanding food and service. For the individual that loves a large portion and at a great price, this will not disappoint. The only negative...this is a cash only establishment (at least when I visited).

Accepts cash only. Breakfast food was well cooked and service was excellent. Prices were very fair. Extensive menu. How about adding some peanut soup to your menu?
