    The staff was nice and we got our food within a few minutes!

    My favorite place to get chicken livers. Tuesdays are BOGO for livers & gizzards. Yummy!

    The staff's performance as far as customer service was exemplary.

    The drink I chose was broken, but my order taker filled it behind the counter.

    There was an error regarding my son's choice of a side. I had the receipt verifying was ordered vs. delivered, but I didn't even have to show it to them.

    While the issues could be complained about by some, the fact they addressed and resolved them so well outshadows such.

    My father owned a chain of restaraunts... The key isn't how things go while working as planned. The key is how issues are addressed when problems arise.

    So, yes. Five stars.
