Food was good. Dining area needed cleaning badly

Food was great and really nice atmosphere.

Used to get ham & swiss croissant and potato cakes every morning in Roanoke until they quit opening for breakfast. I had business in Front Royal thia AM and stopped in. FINALLY AN ARBY'S GETTING EVERYTHING RIGHT!!! Clean oil= perfectly deep fried potato cakes. I know that this isn't a deeply hidden mysterious truth but this is the FIRST Arby's that has discovered and evidently maintained the clean oil practice.

The croissant was to die for. Ok a little bit hyperbolic but this was the best one I have ever eaten at an Arby's. It was heated properly so that the ham was hot and the cheese melted. The croissant was FRESH. Soft and flaky. Again I know that this isn't a complex breakfast sandwich but this location is the first that I have EVER been to that I didn't have to request that they place it back in the microwave to heat it thoroughly.

This visit was a true joy! The staff was friendly with smiles that greeted us upon entry. I actually believe that not only were they happy to be working but were happy to have THIS job at this Arby's! The house was clean inside and out. The owner of this location and its management are to be commended. Arby's as a corporation should use this location as the model for all others at every level of service. PLEASE START WITH ROANOKE, VA BECAUSE THE ARBY'S HERE LOST THEIR WAY ALONG TIME AGO.

Obviously they must have a new manager, the food is excellent the service is Fast and courteous

I've been here a lot, and they have consistently had nice employees, and the food has tasted great. Only small inconvenience is that sometimes the drive thru takes longer than your average McDonald's, Wendy's, or taco Bell. Yet I feel like that is because they are spending more time focusing on quality, rather than speed.
