For the second time in the last year a friend took me here to dine. Apparently a fair number of people consider this restaurant not just good, but a place unique to Waynesboro and by far the best Mexican restaurant in town. The meals I have had there are as good as any that I have had in my life. If you've lived in San Antonio, you know that is not a statement to make or take lightly. I highly recommend it to you.

Walking in you can tell the main goal is just to serve you food . The decor was older and seating was limited . Our date night was spent only two chairs away from a large family gathering of drinkers , we were literally at the same table . The first thing I ordered was guacamole which was a 2 dollar addition to the bill . I adore guacamole so it was fine until I realized I was paying g for hair . They simply came and swapped my dip which at that point I didn't even want to eat it period . The main dish came out , more of a "habachi" food . The beans tasted canned and rice was colored not flavored . The shrimp was plesent and you could actually see the garlic . All around I wouldn't return , but that is just me . It was not the worst experience but defiantly not date night worthy .

Delicious! Wonderful price and big portions. The staff are so nice. I absolutely love the place.

Traditional Local Mexican food with plenty of options. Everything was delicious and affordable. The atmosphere is bright and inviting. Definitely one of the best restaurants in town.

Food was amazing. Margaritas were on point. Service was great and we had a large crowd with a lot of kids. Always a good time here. Easy to find. Convenient parking. We had a friend's birthday celebration there with lots of kids and everyone was very kind and patient. They let the kids take turns wearing the big sombrero. Everyone had a wonderful time. We'll definitely be going back very soon.
