The Barn Restaurant

I decided to check out The Barn for the first time yesterday, and was definitely not disappointed. This was excellent fried chicken, and the side of mashed potatoes and gravy was the real thing, not instant potatoes. I really enjoyed our meal, and will definitely return. Nice folks.

2 piece chicken dinner with baked beans. Food was hot, and huge portion.
Staff was attentive, sitting area was clean. As soon as someone left tables were cleaned immediately.
Only suggestion, chicken needed more seasonings.
Will return.

Such an awesome little diner experience, with food that feels like home. Imagine getting that southern comfort meal or the awesome summer cook out experience anytime you want well at least Tuesday-Saturday from 11-7 that is. The environment there is causal and comfortable and takes me back to my youth it’s hard to find a nice little diner experience anymore where most places opt for modern sterile and cold environments. The atmosphere here and the food felt like I was having lunch at grandmas house. As far as their fried chicken goes it doesn’t get much better even the breast meat was juicy where that tends to be rather dry at most restaurants.
