Logan's Roadhouse

My husband and I had a great experience at Logan's tonight. Our waitress was very nice and personable and she never let our drinks get more than half way empty. Our food came right out and was exactly how we ordered. The assistant manager came by and asked how we were doing, if we needed anything, and sincerely thanked us for coming in. He even came back over when my husband was served his steak to make sure it was cooked perfectly, which it was. Food & service have been great everytime we've come in. Great, clean, comfortable place to eat!!

My family and I had dinner here last night. We had a wonderful waitress and an amazing time! The bread was always hot and fresh. The salads came out with plenty of time to enjoy them before our meals. The food was cooked to perfection! The assistant manager helped bring out the food and while he was there, he checked to make sure everything was going well. He came back after we finished our meals to tell us that he appreciated our business and to once again make sure we had a pleasant experience. We live a little over 30 minutes away but it was definitely worth the drive and we will be returning!

Skyler took excellent care of us. The Spicy Brisket Burger was just what I needed. The Moonshine Flat Iron steak was tender and done to perfection. We will be coming back. Thanks for a nice meal.

Only 4 stars simply because its chain steak house. Not sure about the negative reviews. Maybe people are only reviewing when they have bad experiences. I've eaten here several times and I ALWAYS have had a good experience. They food is good, and ive never had a problem with service. All of the staff is always nice. Wish it wasn't rated so low. Not an accurate portrayal of my experiences.

We had dinner at Logan's on 8/30/2015. Our Server Sage was absolutely amazing. He immediately greeted us with genuine smile. His bubbly personality had me at what can I get you to drink? He was very knowledgeable about the menu and even offered suggestions (the zucchini fries are out of this world). We never had to ask for beverage refills or to have dishes removed from the table. He is a major asset to this company. We have been to many Logan's and this location is hands down the BEST!
