Positives: The staff were very friendly and courteous. You get free refills on fountain drinks. The fries were pretty good. And my wife would give the BLT she ordered 4 stars.

Negatives: the bathrooms are single-person, one each for men and women. In such a situation one would reasonably expect that the door would lock, but the door on the men's bathroom did not latch, so even though you could turn the little lock thing on the knob, since the door itself didn't latch, it made no difference. While I was in there, some other guy was able to just walk right in. (It was only at that point that I realized the door wasn't latched properly.) When I told one of the staff members, she said, "Oh, yeah, we know. We should probably get someone to fix that." Really? You think? So, yeah, minus one star for that. Also, the hotdogs I ordered were honestly the worst I've ever tried. They came with a bit of chili and cole slaw on top. Maybe that's a regional norm in southern Virginia, but where I'm from (Chicago), if you want a hotdog with chili on it you order a chili dog. Hotdogs normally have stuff like mustard, relish, onions, tomatoes, maybe a pickle or cucumber slices, etc., but not chili, unless you ask for it. And I love chili dogs, but this "chili" was terrible, as was the cole slaw (both most likely came right out of a can) and the dogs themselves were very cheap, low grade garbage. I guess that's about what one should expect for $1.59. So anyway, minus one more star for junk hotdogs.

Really great customer service, and great food. The portions are generous and prices are fair. I would recommend that you try their food. The hours are 5-am to 3-pm, Mon - Sat.
