Oh wow does this place give you a ton of food with those Rocco Combos. I got #2 and the brisket was incredible, the pulled pork was great, and the ribs were alright. The side of corn had a ridiculous amount of pepper and salt on it so I had to remove some of it. Overall the food was really good, and although it’s expensive with the amount of food you get the price is honestly reasonable. If you don’t want a ton of different things in one meal then I’d recommend the brisket, if you do want a ton of choices then the combos are definitely a good route.
I got fried fish and fries and they were great. Muffins were great. My aunt got steak and she loved it, but she ordered mashed potatoes and they brought her beans. Then when they brought out the potatoes they were cold. Could have been a tad bit better overall. Justin was 100% tho.
Best! Food! Ever! Brisket is the best we've EVER had...anywhere! Corn muffins are amazing! Smoked wings are super tender and flavorful! Kirsten was an awesome waitress and very personable. Would drive 4 hours again to come back! So good, we even bought t-shirts!!!
We’re here on vacation and was out site seeing. We stopped here to grab some lunch. I’m glad we did. I had a smoked beef brisket sandwich, fries and greens. The food was so good. The greens were cooked great and the fries also were amazing. The brisket was unbelievable. When we come back on vacation, I’m definitely stopping by again. Great service too.
Damn this place is good.
Currently I live in Virginia Beach and was passing through Williamsburg. I saw this place and had to stop.
Got the brisket and fiance got the pork ribs.
The brisket was phenomenal and arguable one of the best things on the menu. They melt in your mouth and have the perfect combination of fat and muscle. I have never had better. The portions are also worth the price, too.
Entrees come with two sides and all orders come with the cornbread muffins. They're perfectly southern, tender, soft, mildly sweet.
Pork ribs were a bit dry but the sauce was good and didn't overpower the meat. Overall still good and worth getting (fiancee prefers a more moist finish).
If you're vacationing here or just passing through, consider stopping by. The food is great and the service was really quick!
Will come when passing through again!
