Bougie Brunch is just the place for the girls to get together for a 2-hour bottomless mimosa! Loved the edible glitter in the mimosas.
The food was cafeteria style, nothing special. For the price it was perfect. I do think that you don't tend to come here for the food, but rather the for drinks!
The girl waiting on us, was fun, inviting, light-hearted, and dropped a couple of f-bombs. (She read her audience well)
There seems to be an ant issue as they were on the floor and where we were sitting. The restrooms were clean, however I counted no less than 10 flies in the two stall bathroom. I happen to notice flies out in the dining room and I couldn't help but think that those were the same flies that had just landed on the commode 2 minutes earlier.... So there's that....
All in all, a great place to have a brunch with the girls.... Just make sure to drink the mimosas before looking around, makes the bugs not so important.
The brunch was awesome... but the service was even better. We took 11 folks and the Server had zero problems keeping up with all of our needs.
Our family enjoyed our visit, and we will be returning.
Thanks
Oh where do I start...
The food is good, but needs to be hotter when served. There were mistakes on the order made by the kitchen. I think. The staff did immediately correct the mistakes and did not charge us for the 2 changes we made to our order. Over all the food is good. We didn't leave hungry. But I would have to say that I don't see us ever going back. I can go to Denny's or Just Joel's and get hotter and larger portions for the same price or less. Also, the 💧 is tap 💧 and I am not a fan of Kennewick's water. So don't order 💧 of you don't like tap 💧
My wife and I tried Bougie Brunch for the first time last week and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant is clean and well decorated, and the service was excellent ✅.
The food: FANTASTIC. I ordered the chicken fried steak, and my wife ordered the biscuits and gravy (her favorite) and a Kir Royale 🥂. Ironically, I think they do a better fry than the Chicken Shack ever did at that location. Flaky, crispy, and with no greasy aftertaste. My wife enjoyed the spicy black pepper notes of the gravy.
We arrived on a Sunday around 8am and immediately got seated at our table 🍽️.
It would make a great date, brunch with the girls, or Mother's Day option. Taste it for yourself!
I think 3 stars is very fair. Nothing special about this place other than the aesthetics. Service was friendly, food was good (loved the bacon in my BLT), but a little overpriced. I came to this place because I accidentally stumbled on it and found out it was new, so I thought I'd give it a try. I enjoyed my meal, however they didn't give my fry sauce even though I ordered it. Overall, no bad comments, but also not as bougie as you would think it to be. It rides somewhere between underwhelming and kinda cool. Hard to say really.
