The food and service here is excellent! The aroma of spices filled the air outside the building as I approached the front door, and I couldn't wait to devour their tasty offerings. I ate here the first time for dinner, and today from the lunch buffet. Every menu item I've tried was delicious, and their mango lassi the perfect consistency.
The lunch buffet held a good assortment of rice and curries, and I had no problem finding enough vegetarian items. I liked the level of spice in the buffet dishes - just enough for some kick but not overly spicy. The naan from the buffet was rather tough and hard, somewhat burnt and crunchy, but this seemed to be an anomaly today because it was nice and soft during my previous dinner visit. Their samosas are delicious so I was sad to find none on the buffet, but there was veggie pakora. The buffet was well stocked and clean at all times.
Our service was courteous and attentive, no waiting for any beverage refills. My brother and I were even still chatting long after we finished our meal and the dining room was technically closed between lunch and dinner, but they did not seem to mind. The service I experienced during both of my visits made me feel like a valued guest.
I will definitely return here whenever I am craving Indian food, as it hits the spot every time.
I have become addicted to Indian food. And Masala Indian Cuisine is part of the reason. Before Covid-19, the restaurant was perfect. However, sadly, the pandemic had its toll on it. Food is good but not as fresh. I also feel like less people are eating here after pandemic. I still strongly recommend here. I am going to go back whenever I find the time and the feel for Indian food.
Just amazing food and intense flavor. My go to restaurant anytime I am in Tri-Cities. You MUST try the ginger curry - probably my favorite dish so far. Also get the meal option for another $3. Definitely worth it. Please try this amazing restaurant. You won’t regret it.
The lady that at the check out was polite and said they have southern Indian dishes. I ordered Chicken 65 ($10.00) see picture on the left and ginger chicken (picture on the right) $14.00. Both were awful. Chicken 65 is not the real chicken 65. It was marinated cubed chicken which was not cooked well. The masala had a raw taste, onions were raw and the chicken was partially cooked. This was probably the marinated chicken that’s used in other chicken dishes. If I was home I could have added oil and cooked again. I am new to Pasco on business stying in a hotel. I expected Indian cuisine.
The ginger chicken had big slabs of chicken in gravy which was okay compared to chicken 65. I bet they give give the same sauce with all their dishes with gray. Their cook is definitely not from India. Indians know what chicken 65 is. This was my first time here and I absolutely don’t recommend these 2 dishes.
Maybe I will give another chance by ordering something else. The problem with Indian restaurants is they don’t provide recommendations when asked what their specialty is.
Pretty ok Indian food... Small portion for a high price and mediocre taste. The service was mediocre, never checked in on me and there wasn't many others in the place. Very large space and plenty of tables. The naan was good. The meat and sauce came quickly and the meat was not tender as it should have been. Clearly not marinated or made fresh . just warmed and sauced before serving.
