    So.......it's an OK restaurant.

The big issues we found were portion size. Such incredibly small portions for the prices. I mean 1 corn on the cob and 1 potato with our boil.....that stuff is cheap. Come on. Also the amount of fries is tiny. These are also cheap. Give us more.

We got the fried pickles and crab fries for appetizers. The pickles were really good. The crab fries were terrible! So insanely salty on the crab. It was terrible!

The service was ok. The atmosphere was beachy. Really wide huge tables. Couldn't barely reach to the middle.

We won't come back. Not for the food we got last night.

Food was good! Service was outstanding! Although, the crab was fully cooked, I didn't feel it was heated completely through. The feasts are pricy, so I feel if we go back we will definitely be choosing one of the cheaper options. The feast was fun this one time.

My friend and I went to Hooked for the first time today . The staff was friendly upon entering . Wasn’t really busy when we Got there at 12. They came out with cheesy bread . I don’t think it was baked all the way , was not crunchy . The appetizers were good the fried pickles and sweet potato fries , they were soggy at the end . I got clam chowder and fried shrimp . The clam chowder was runny , good taste though. The fried shrimp was good . My friend got the steamed broccoli and carrots . Not steamed enough , too crunchy and she said they tasted old .

Blinding light from the front entrance meant I spent a lot of the time shielding my eyes rather than enjoying the atmosphere, which is actually quite nice, when you can see it. So, best not to go around sunset. The seasoning on everything we got was great, however it was sadly hidden beneath ludicrous amounts of greasy breading. The calamari for instance was perfectly cooked, buttery smooth texture that melts in your mouth, but by the time it makes it to your mouth, most of the thick breading has fallen off into the sauce or on the table. Considering the amount of grease in the food, it would be helpful to have something more substantial than tiny brown fast food napkins. The staff was friendly and helpful, though there was one male staff member doing a lot of touching on the much younger female wait staff, so they should watch that.

The food was pretty good. A nice addition to the tri cities area. The menu is kinda confusing. There is an option for individual things such a crab legs, options for boils, or individual baskets. The price was spendy at $200 for 5 people. We had 2 appetizers, 4 drinks and only 3 entries. The service was nice and we heavy enjoyed the entertaining tablecloth.
