Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

My family are here last night as we are driving to Lincoln City, OR from Utah for vacation. We've ate at many other Red Robbins. This one was quite busy. We ordered two appetizers which ended up coming to our table when we were all finished with eating our entrees. That was a bit disappointing.

All of our Burgers/Sandwiches were good. The regular fries were great. We had sweet potatoes fries as well but did not get any more of those because they were too greasy.

Okay burgers (Southern Charm), cold beer, but not particularly amazing service. We were seated in the bar, and our server seemed to be a bit overwhelmed. They walked by us numerous times yet didn't really check in much. I would have gotten a second beer, but the opportunity didn't allow in a timely fashion. Speaking of timely, it took forever for me to even get my beer. Hate to say it, but I'd probably hit Bob's or Hop Jacks for a burger and brew over Red Robin.

Now, let me qualify that: Red Robin is out of our way, while the others are not. Thus, my dining experience at Red Robin would need to be very good to exceptional for me to partake again. Side note: we were not lacking in the sauces department. 😂

Great food. Clean restaurant. Service was a little slow but worth the wait. I had the upside down pineapple cake shake really good.

Tried the black and Bleu burger and substituted their veggie patty. Flavors were great. Came with bottomless side, although I was never asked if I wanted more. The shake was great. Fries were pretty good. Bathroom was out of toilet paper and trash was overflowing. I notified staff and they did bring in some TP within 5 minutes. Had to ask twice for silverware. Was not thrilled with the check out process on the kiosk, once you make a selection you can not go back to make any changes. Cook gets an A, the rest of the experience could have been better thus the 3 stars.

Great burgers fries onion rings and drinks. Always busy because the food is great. Highly recommend.
