WOW!!! Gluten-free bread that tastes and feels like real bread. I got the old fashion bread to try. I forgot how good buttered toast is. If you have developed a gluten sensitivity and want to re-live the glory days, Tina's is your ticket.

I just moved to the Tri-Cities. I had given up an delicious treats and eating sandwiches since I had to go gluten free. We went to the farmers market and found Tina. I knew I needed to try her nummies. Tonight I had a sandwich with out having to touch the toaster and I ate every bite. It was so moist and amazing I was in such shock. Then I had some of her lemon pound cake and the banana bread and I can't say enough good things. Staying away from sweets was easy when it didn't taste good. But now I can't stay away. They are so good. I am so excited to order more! Even my non gluten free fiance loved it! Next is to test it on my picky picky kids lol.

Tina's chocolate brownies are THE BOMB! So are the vanilla wafers, the smoky cheddar cheese crackers, the sourdough bread, and well, just about everything I've tried. I've been a steady customer (and friend) of hers since the beginning of her gluten-free cooking business/adventure, and she's the best there is in the Tri-Cities. No question about it!

As someone who is unable to eat gluten without extremely severe stomach pain, this shop is an absolute blessing. Found them at the farmers market and had a hay-day. And to make it even better... the food is SO good!!! The brownie, the raspberry-cream filled pockets, the cookies, the zucchini bread... you’d never realize it’s gluten free, because it tastes amazing!!! Once my stash from the market is depleted, I’m heading over there ASAP to re-stock. I hope this place never goes out of business, and I’m so thankful that it exists. Thank you Tina!

Being Tina's Daddy, I might be a little prejudice. However, I have been pleasantly surprised by some of her concoctions. The one that surprised me the most was her "Root-Beer" Cookies. I decided ahead of time that I would likely not like them. Once I tried one, I could not stop eating them. I accused her of putting something addictive in them. I do not like everything she makes, but that is due to the type of product, usually too much bread for me. It is not because it is Gluten-Free, it is because it is something I personally do not enjoy. You would not know her cooking is Gluten-Free unless you are told. It is almost always something that is different and much better than you would normally expect.
