Nice place, good ambiance, staff is super friendly and great. Food was all good except my Chicken Pancetta was SUPER lemony. And that's saying something because I LOVE/Adore lemons. I'm the annoying person that's always asking for more lemon in my water, and more lemon slices for my fish n chips, etc. But man, did they over do it tonight when I went.
Honestly, everything else we ordered, especially the drinks was fabulous, so I'm just gonna chalk it up to a fluke. Also, you absolutely get a lot of bang for your buck with the appetizers. We got the fried pickle chips and couldn't finish them. Definitely good for a table of four as opposed to just the 2 of us. Same with what I saw at other tables.
Service was absolutely amazing. And every single dish, including apps were amazing, so so good. Defidently recommend
I’ve been here a dozen times or more. You know what really makes an experience memorable?! An excellent waiter!! Anticipating drinks, excellent communication, honest on choices. Chad was our waiter and we told him as long as he’s our waiter we will be back soon! WAY TO GO CHAD! Oh BTW foods GREAT!!
As we entered the restaurant the host met us and were immediately seated. Small staging area so patron flow is important. Dining to the left and larger bar to the right. Decorated with a modern motif and clean. Multiple people served our food however, the main person took our orders. She had the fish tacos. She asked for extra chipotle aiole and it was a nice touch. I had the Cure burger which had a nice brioche bun good tasting burger. We visited the establishment on a Saturday afternoon so the dining room was empty but the bar filled. There is a large outdoor seating area outside the bar. The hostess' were chatting about a band that was coming that night. So I would say Three Eyed Fish is heavy on the bar light on dining. Big bar little grill. They did have a brioche French toast which sounded good. I posted photos.
We had a group of 8 and looking for a place for lunch since our original place didn’t have capacity. We called & was told they had room and we hightailed it there. We were greeted and sat right away. Super trendy & welcoming. Our server was top notch. We ordered drinks - high points for having Coke instead of Pepsi. Their cocktails were well named - highly recommend - But did you die - if you like spicy but if you love fruity - highly recommend the mango lemon drop. We arrived shortly before happy hour but still took advantage of almost all of their appetizers. Their pretzel was super yummy - the “beer” cheese wasn’t what we had hoped for when dipping. The spinach dip & bread was very tasty & served hot. Their “tater tot” were not what I thought it was going to be but was so grateful to have a bite of one & definitely would recommend ordering it. It didn’t take too long to get and eat thru the appetizer portion. For main course, selected the “3” Blackened Tacos (Cod) & Chicken Piccata. Normally not into “fish” tacos but definitely still not but wanted to give it a try. I’ve never had Chicken Piccata before and it was not what I expected since I love chicken & lemon (thought it was covered in peas but learned it was capers lol)… it’s good to try things that you haven’t had before & overall this place definitely exceeded my expectations & would recommend the short trip off the interstate & give it a shot.
