“Best pizza in town! If you haven’t tried their specialty pizzas you have to try their Mac-n-cheese with bacon and sausage, or their hot Cheeto pizza!! The sandwiches and burgers are to die for and it’s nice to be able to come in grab a beer and enjoy some amazing pizza. I’d give 10 stars if I could but well, that’s not an option. I haven’t had pizza this good since I was in NYC.”

“Surprisingly nice ambience, riverside views. Super friendly attentive staff were the best I'd seen in a while, striking up welcoming conversations at every table. Food was good, with a lot of things made in-house. Eggs Benedict with carved (not sliced) ham, homemade yogurt - nice touches. The coffee never got cold and they constantly refilled it.”

“Best place in town to satisfy a craving for salmon! Making a reservation in advance this time gave us a seat on the river side next to the windows, which was nice. Food was thoughtfully prepared and tasted good, and just the right amount to be satisfied but not overly full. Crab cakes were excellent and had a good amount of crab without other fillers. Not to many options for wine by the glass, most were by the bottle. The summer peach menu had a lot of good looking peach dishes/drinks, and the peach slump dessert was very tasty. The only downside was how loud it was in the dining room, so noisy it was difficult to have a conversation across our own table.”

“Beautiful view of the river, and great service! Only taking off a star because the food was not good. The chicken sandwich was very dry, and breading wasnt flavored enough. Jalapeno coleslaw had no kick. The ahi tacos were bland too (no chipotle aoili!), made up of 75% essentially house salad (lettuce, tomato, yellow onion smothered in too much sour cream). It said Pico de Gallo but there was no cilantro. Maybe I'm spoiled by the taco trucks around here, but the balance of protein to veg was off. The coleslaw side was much more flavorful, but still way too much dressing. I think I expected more because it's a craft kitchen? Nothing was cooked badly, there just isn't enough flavor. Go for the view, not the food!”

“It's a buffet... The place is run down a bit and honestly the food is lacking. There is a fair amount of variety but it's all generic deep fried or reheated food. If you are craving a buffet then it can satisfy your needs, probably won't be the best tasting food but definitely decent enough to subside the cravings. The only thing I thoroughly enjoy are the cookies that have an almond placed in them, and I'm pretty sure those are bought from an outside vendor as well...”

“So I usually don't do fast food, chain restuarants. But here I am in Washington and I've never been to one of these restaurants. It turns out these are pretty good burgers. You gotta go double meat with cheese and bacon. Greasy but not to greasy. At least a 3 napkin burger. The sides were also above average. Fries, tater tots, and fried pickles, you cant go wrong with any of them. Don't know where else you can find a Zip's, but if your in this part of Washington state, it's a pretty good burger.”

“Used to have a great Happy Hour. Was in last Friday and they no longer have it. Beers are now twice what they were. Last time I'll be there.”

“Been in town lots of times and never knew about this place. Great patio with good views, service was good, and food was good. We got the stuffed jalapeños first, they were really delicious. For my meal I got the spinach salad and added blackened shrimp. It was very good but I think we might be a bit far from Creole country to get the blackening right. It had the seasoning but not quit blackened. It was good though so no complaint. I’ll be back for sure.”

“Harley Davidson Biker, Navy Sailor/Fishing vibe. Lots of fun things to look at on the walls, ceilings, grunge 80’s music, and fun atmosphere! The food and service is great! I tried the large 2 Biscuits and gravy and the plate/serving size was huge and worth the $7.”

“This is a little head and gem in the Tri-Cities that you should try if you like coffee. Even if you don't like coffee they have different drink choices. And they make a variety of sandwiches. They have to build your own breakfast bar which is nice which is a bowl sandwich or burritos.”

“The best Chinese place we’ve been to, been coming here for years and years. They have the best pot stickers, not too crunchy but not just steamed. Their egg flower soup is surface of the sun hot and so good when I’m not feeling well. The black pepper chicken is my go-to dish, so good. The prices are great and no matter how much you order, they’ll tell you it’s ready for pickup in ten minutes.”

“The potato soup is the bomb, pun intended, seriously amazing, the tortellini with chicken excellent. Didn't know how well pesto and walnuts would work, great! Friend had the nuclear pasta, wow! Was to spicy for me but tasted good, they also brew beer there, pretty satisfying too, will go again!”

“This place is so so good!! Prices are competitive and the speed in which u get your food does indeed constitute the name “Express”. This place is a Richland staple and the servers and cooks there always seem to have a smile and greet you in a genuine way. I’m a big fan of Chapala Express. If you want some tasty Mexican food at a good price rather quickly; this is your joint. A++.”

“Monterosso's is pretty okay. They don't have an online reservation system, so you need to call and leave a message or after 3:30. It's a tight space, antique train car, which is nice. The problem: many people who walk on board and turned away because they are booked up and these people have no choice, but to be in your personal dining space due to the the narrow walkway. They should put a sign outside letting people know reservation only, booked for the night to avoid this issue. The server took forever to bring out bread and the bread was very different from any Italian restaurant I have ever been to. They were out of the pork tenderloin on a Friday, which was disappointing. My daughter's entrée must have been waiting on the others because it came out luke warm. The rest of the food was good, but not exceptional. I don't think I will be back because the service was mediocre and because of the other annoyances.”

“I went in on Friday during lunch hour. Service was fast and friendly. Juliene did an amazing job. He continued to check in and see if we had additional needs. He had a positive attitude and great smile. Food was excellent! It came out quickly, it was warm, and flavorful.”

“This place is a dive- although according to my husband it couldn't be because it's not cash only, it has windows and doesn't have a pool table. The vibe nevertheless is dive. And I loved it. The bartender and the patrons were warm jovial people. And although relatively empty when we arrived, I could see that this was a place of diversity. I didn't know that could be a thing here as I am still new to town. I'll be back!”

“I Uber eats this joint often. I was gonna come in today cuz I’m off work and love it. But upon reading reviews I’ll pass. I don’t want to ruin my favorite Uber eats spot I hope they get rid of goat wall paper and start bussing tables so I can come in. Lucky for me they are opening a Kennewick location. Praying it’s better”

“It was not a bad experience, however, I went with higher expectations than what I got. The server was really nice and helpful. I admit though we showed up late and it was a Sunday so maybe that’s a factor”

“Great place. The lady was very knowledgeable and knew exactly everything on the menu. We ordered the loaded BBQ nachos for an appetizer and they were great! The sweet mandarin salsa was amazing also. I ordered the Southwest burger and it was spot on. Loved the fact it was blazing hot and it actually had good flavor. The fries and onion rings were great also.”

“These tamales were amazing! Happy to find something in the Tri-Cities that had vegan options! I bought 4 thinking that would be a good amount since I was hungry but after two and a side of beans I was super full. Will be visiting again next time I am passing through. Cool art for sale on the walls too.”

“This is late review. The first time I had been to this place, I was surprised to see how great this place was for such reasonable price. Food was great and staff were the best part of it. She was very attentive, friendly, and made sure we were satisfied with our food. So, a week later I went back again with my colleague and ordered same food. Different staff! Unfortunately, I was shocked with the partially cooked food. Raw cherry tomatoes, big celery chunks that are hard to chew, and half done egg mixed. At the end, I asked for a check with a card ready in my hand and she brought the check to me and immediately She took it and gave it to my male colleague. We both felt very uncomfortable and I paid the bill and left.”

“Atmosphere is great if you want a quiet private place for date night or a lunch. They did good on the decor. Food was pretty good, presented in a high class way, but small portions. I personally care less about presentation, more about feeling full when I leave a restaurant. We tried the pad Thai and pineapple fried rice.”

“This time went on Saturday about 2 pm. Had a few customers enjoying their food. I ordered the Hawaiian and cherry blossom. Very good flavor. The Hawaiian was light sweet and tangy and with wasabi and soy gave it a great mixture and the freshness. Cherry blossom had a lot of flavor but nothing overpowered the taste. You could taste each ingredient and at the end you taste the avocado. Very good presentation and great customer service. Makes you want to come back.”
