Dovetail Joint Restaurant

As their title might suggest, this restaurant joins different cuisines in a appealing and artful way.
The menu alludes to Mediterranean and asain influence, but also includes Italian and American classics. The fresh local ingredients were evident and vibrant with color and flavor. We loved the grilled bread with amazing mushrooms, a must try! The Baja fish taco was bursting with flavor and the sausage, onion and Calabrian chili pizza was incredible. Of course we had to try the Sicilian ricotta filled donuts in blackberry sauce and we were glad we did!
With a surprisingly eligent ambiance in the Richland uptown, handmade ceramics all accented with the dovetail logo, and ingredients that were elivated and intentional, I highly recommend this hidden gem!

I had the Spicey Korean Taco (third picture) and was missing the basic ingredient of a tortilla...but I guess tortillas are synonymous to lettuce wraps🤷‍♀️ I had a slice of my friends pizza (first pic) and their actual taco (second) but I wasn't as impressed as they were. Though, the experience of a different restaurant was nice.

The culinary highlight of our trip to Tri-Cities. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed great cocktails, friendly service, and delicious food. The pita was huge and fluffy, both with the lamb and the hummus. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible dinner here tonight !!! Maren at the bar was amazing-she was so sweet & our drinks were incredible!! Everything was delicious& the atmosphere was awesome. All staff was friendly, helpful & fast. I would recommend a reservation (at least on weekends) because this place filled up fast! 10/10 & we will be back :)

Really great place. More casual than I expected, but the food was delicious! A bit smaller portions than a chain restaurant, but that meant more room for dessert! Would definitely head back. Menu had Mediterranean dishes, Asian inspired dishes, some American dishes, and a few pizza options too.
