One of the marks of a great customer focused restaurant is a menu which caters to a wide variety of dietary restrictions. In the Tri-Cities area, I have not encountered another restaurant with this mindset than Fat Olives. This is part of the core group of restaurants I eat from the most, and results are consistently a satisfying experience. The quality of fresh ingredients and attitude of the staff shows pride in what they serve. My go-to menu choice is usually the pizza: a crust of just the right thickness and texture, and a variety of unique specialty choices you won't find at any of the chain pizza places. I highly recommend the house-made ham as one of the toppings, which is delicious. I like that they utilize the Toast software platform, which is a highly effective service merging online ordering with point of sale systems, and offers a rewards points system that just works. Online ordering is very fast and convenient, however they often have daily special dishes which you can only order in-store.
It was our first time at Fat Olives Restaurant and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed everything from start to finish, the Sausage and Artichoke fondue is a MUST TRY! The meal was plated nicely and amazing. Aaron our waiter was very friendly and great. We will definitely go back with our boy's.
The menu changes seasonally, maybe twice a year. A blend of Mediterranean, central Asian, and European influences. The pizza is excellent, get as few toppings as you can bear. I recommend roasted garlic.
Very nice atmosphere and employees. We were seated near the back door to the outdoor seating and it was cold. The food was good but I wasn’t too impressed with the chicken Alfredo. My daughter ordered it and the taste was bland and the chicken was a whole piece of chicken. Dessert was good, we had the chocolate mouse cake
Night was date night and we traveled 2 hours from the Soap Lake Area to experience fat olives cuisines. The food was excellent! Definitely worth the two-hour Drive thank you for cooking a fabulous dinner! ❤
