    Delicious, my wife got a cold turkey sub and I got the toasted cheddar brisket sub. Both sandwiches were amazing and bread was light and fluffy

    The grand open experience was night day better than my recent experience. The gal took my order incorrectly. The guy making the sandwich hardly put any of the sandwich contents in and forgot the pickle. The same sandwich at the grand opening had twice the meat. It was a pretty disappointing visit and far from the typical Firehouse Sub experience.

    6/20 - Anna, thank you for the reply. I appreciate it. I was just sharing my experience and not looking for any resolution. Use my feedback as an area of opportunity to train and work on. In this case, paying attention to detail. I will be back.

    Took them about 20 minutes to make my sandwich, didn't realize how long it would take but at least the staff was kind and courteous.
