Stopped in for some drinks. Had a delightful time. The staff was courteous and very prompt. My wife and I will be returning.

    17SEP22 Update:
We came back for dinner. It was awesome! I highly recommend. The brisket corn dogs were awesome, the steak was perfect, the potatoes pave were spot on, and the spaghetti al lemon with trout was phenomenal. We also tried the brie cheese cake. We thought it was great! Some of you may not like it.

I also want to reiterate that the mixologist behind the bar is amazing. Even when I ordered off the menu.

Their appetizers is not that good but their main course is really delicious. Drinks are great and great service. They gave us a free wine bottle because we were celebrating a bachelorette party which I thought that was very generous of them. Overall it was a fun experience

Self described as 'epicure', this is one of few 'gourmet' restaurants in the Tri-Cities where you get small portions for high prices. This is the second time I've eaten here, and not surprisingly the menu changes - however, the food was more impressive last time (March 2021) than this current visit. Service was fast and friendly, and there was no wait for a table on a Thursday at 8pm. For such a fancy place, one would expect a $37 steak to be a higher quality cut than eye of round. It was cooked according to request, and served with small portions - three somewhat undercooked carrots and a slice of fried layered potatos. Glass noodle salad was good, but was extremely spicy albeit no mention of heat in the menu description. The seasoning used in the Arancini made them taste like falafel (unlike last time). The chimchurri sauce was very good.
Today's visit was a 3 star (just OK), but last time was a 4 star, so I'm leaving this rounded up to a 4.

I admire a restaurant that seeks to be creative. The concepts were good here, but the execution missed the mark in a few areas.

The shrimp toast was by far the best dish we had. Crispy on the outside with loads of shrimp. I loved it. The Nicoise salad had a few flaws. The pickled onions were super sour and lacked salt and sweetness to balance out all that acid. The salad didn't have any tuna or other fish; I thought that was very odd. The dressing on the salad was great. The braised endive was a big fat nothing burger; it lacked flavor and punch. I liked the sausage and peppers, but the sausage was very dry. I think the sausage was made far too lean and was overcooked. The hamachi crudo was beautiful but also lacked punch. My dinner companion asked for some soy sauce and that kicked the dish up; maybe some acid would have helped, too.

The cocktails were tasty and the service was good. Sadly, our server seemed unfamiliar with the food and drink and was useless for recommendations.

We had never been here, so we decided to try it out. We asked the waiter what we should order and he made a few suggestions of his favorite. The two dishes we ordered were AMAZING!! Even their sparkling lemonade with strawberries was worthy mentioning. We would have never ordered those two dishes and will definitely be back to try more. All of the food and drink we had tasted freshly made with fresh ingredients. Very great vibe, and relaxing.
