Ordered a cheese pizza to go just after they opened. Service was friendly, but direct with no frills. Here's my four point pizza review:
Crust: 5/5 - They advertise fresh dough made daily and certainly deliver on it. Great texture, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, just the right amount of chewiness. Stretched well for a nice uniform thickness, and nice flavor.
Sauce: 3/5 - It's a decent sauce, but didn't pack a ton of flavor in my opinion. Tasted good, but I would have liked a bit more tomato punchiness.
Toppings: 4/5 - Just the right amount of cheese and it had good flavor. It could have been spread a bit further towards the outside, but not bad.
Preparation: 4/5 - Dough was well cooked and overall the pizza looked very good. There was a slightly off taste I couldn't put my finger on, like perhaps the pizza was cut with a knife used to cut green peppers, or perhaps there were some veggies touching the cheese on the maketable imparting a minor flavor. This wasn't bad, just unexpected.
Overall, a good pizza for the price and definitely better quality ingredients than the big chain guys. I've been here previously for dine-in, and they do a good job with the quality of their menu selections across a wide variety of choices.
This is a tough one for me. I really like the food here. If you want some great Italian food at a reasonable price, this is the place for you. If you want super friendly/helpful staff, it can be hit or miss. I have ordered for take out multiple times and the person taking the call generally sounds put out. They are not usually much friendlier when I show up to get my food. The wait staff, however, have generally been pretty kind and welcoming.
Best Italian food I've had sense moving to WA state from east coast 15 plus years ago. My only regret is I didn't find it sooner. Amazing food nice staff. Everything on the menu is good, I've had most of it.
This place have amazing food. Spaghetti Puttanesca is great. It has a kick to it. The chicken Alfredo have generous chicken and portion. The Italiano's pizza is crispy and savory. Their calzone is huge and so good. They're nice people there too. Highly recommend. A lot better than other Italian restaurant in my opinion.
Their sister restaurant “Greek Islands” was closed on Sunday for some reason so we went to Italiano’s to order two Greek Chicken salads and an Arts Mistake pizza for take out. Man we’re we surprised; the quality and portion size of the salads including the amount of chicken was better than Greek Island; they given more meat, more tomatoes more cucumbers and taste was even better; pizza quality was about equal so I think I am switching it out to Italiano’s!!!! Try them!
