Fujiya Ramen

The ramen here is delicious! I will have to come back and try all the other flavors. I ordered the Garlic Tonkatsu and it comes with pork belly and egg. The garlic was not overpowering at all and was just right.

This place is going to grow into a really hot spot once they are settled for a bit. All of the staff were friendly, attentive, and helped with the menu even giving some suggestions. I got my food in less than 10 minutes and they checked on me for water several times. The utensils are nice as they gave you a ladle like spoon to help drink the broth (I still picked it up and slurped lol).

There was plenty of seating, mostly 4 tops and loads of bar seating.

I would have really liked to see a condiment tray with hot sauces, chili oil, and salt/pepper. While the prices are already reasonable and you get good value, I would have liked to see a lunch special or happy hour for the appetizers or something.

They mentioned that alcohol is on the way this February but they have soda available.

Can't wait to be back!

Very pleased! We ordered ramen to go. Chicken and the vegetable. The broths were nice and not over salted at all. The ramen was delicious and the chicken tender. The egg was almost runny - perfect!

Will definitely order from here again.

Fantastic space, food, and service! The marinated eggs and pork were particular highlights. The only negative is that the noodles were so-so, and the miso broth was thin with underwhelming flavor, while I would expect it to be rich and substantial. It is a new restaurant, however, so I'm comfortable giving it five stars as they work out the kinks. I'm excited to return for another meal!

I went in today at lunch and it was pretty quiet there. I was seated right away and the service was great! They were very attentive to what I wanted and needed. I ordered the Miso Ramen and it was pretty good. The eggs were perfect, a little runny but that is ok, it's how I like it. I will be visiting again.
