    Interesting combination of flavors. Thought the sundried tomato paste was a little too powerful for the other components of the grilled salmon and orzo although my wife thought it was fine.

    Best restaurant in Clark county! Upscale yet not astronomically priced. If you do happy hour (to avoid high cost), you won’t want to go anywhere else for happy hour after that! Soooo delicious

    Excellent food and great service. We frequently take clients here because we know they will get a great taste of the Northwest and have exemplary service. The salmon and the ribeye are both great choices!

    This menu pushes high end main stays into the limelight. An upscale venue offers sophisticated yet creative entrees worthy of their splurge-level prices. Vegetables and mains are beautified and worth a special occasion dinner. Roots is particularly great for late evening dining, when the wait will be slimmer.

    The food was amazing. The produce was fresh and the chef has an amazing pallet. Our server was very knowledgeable of the foods on the menu and made wonderful suggestions. Would recommend this place to everyone as you not be disappointed.
