Elements Restaurant

My wife and I dined at Elements for the first time tonight. Absolutely delicious! Enjoyed the calamari appetizer, the rigatoni and diver scallops Chef/owner Miguel visited our table for a great conversation and personal touch. Banana cream pie for dessert; tasty ending to a special experience. We’ll definitely be back... for dinner and their Sat/Sun brunch!

This little restaurant in downtown Vancouver is a sleeper. The quality of food you get for the price is outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to my friends. We have been here 3 times and every dish was excellent. I especially love the Dungeness crab and brie and artichoke dip. It is amazingly delicious. Give it a try as I would like to see this restaurant stick around.

Absolutely beautiful and delicious food, original menu items and ingredient combinations. An elegant dining experience in a comfortable and welcoming environment. The wait staff and owner are charming and engaging, providing exceptional customer care. We had the special Holiday four course menu and every bite was a joy and an adventure. The whole evening was made magical by these special people, the incredible chef and his amazing talent. Thank you Elements, from Dori and her Mom, Dusty!

We arrived at this place for a meeting. my friend recommended this spot. Well, it was a winning. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we felt fantastic. The food was just great. We had a great time and we shall absolutely come back again. Highly recommended.

This is the best restaurant we have found in Vancouver. The ingredients are all so fresh and the chef shows true pride in his work. Our party of six, all tried different dinner entrees (rigatoni, lamb, scallops, salmon, pork loin, and steak) and every one of them were exceptional. Also when we made our reservation, they were thoughtful enough to inquire about any food allergies. This is a top notch restaurant through and through. Go to Elements and you will not be disappointed!
