I am Thai Eatery

I have eaten here many times and have placed lots of orders using the online ordering service with great results. Yesterday I placed my order for a business meeting to be picked up at 11:30 am this morning. Arrived to pick up my order and was told by the young man that he didn’t have my order. I showed him a copy of my email receipt on my phone. He said he needed a printed copy to do anything. Really? I’m standing in the restaurant showing him proof I ordered and paid for it. He said he didn’t know what he could do. I told he should put the order in that I paid for. He got flustered and proceeded to put the order in. I asked if they could hurry since I had a meeting to go to. He said there was a large order ahead of me. He just brought my order to me without any apology or words at all. I thanked him and he walked away without even looking at me. Poor service. He needs to be trained on customer service. Disappointing at one of my favorite places to eat at

Addendum:
Got to my meeting and unpacked the food. The young man had written on my take out “lose the attitude”. I have never seen such rudeness from a restaurant. I called to speak to a manager or owner. They took my information. I hope they call back.

We have eaten her many times and it has been absolutely wonderful. But the last few times we have ordered to go the portions have been small. We usually order PadThai Shrimp and Chicken with an order of summer rolls with Shrimp. The Summer roll had 1 Shrimp in it for $6.50 ( 1 each roll)
The Chicken Pad Thai seriously had 3 pieces of meat with 1 being a large piece . $11.00 for Noodles and a few pieces of Chicken ? The Shrimp Pad Thai had 3 pieces of Shrimp. I thought maybe the first time was a new employee learning. But then when it happened again.
If you give good portions ( including meat) you will have many repeat customers. Quality over Quantity will make you more profit.
Remember I tell 10 people about my experience and they tell 10.

It was very good. The service was a little slow but not bad. The food was tasty. I loved the name of the dishes and found it to be well worth going to. It's close to my house do we may become regulars.

Amazing! Tiny little spot that has managed to create a classy, elegant interior with smart decor and lighting choices and light jazz background music. More important, hands down THE BEST Thai food in the area! I lived in South Asia for several years so I am picky but my shrimp pad thai was absolute perfection. Can’t wait to come back and try more items off the menu. Every member of the staff was also absolutely terrific. Really pleased to have found this gem!
