Peachtree is very cozy and the service is impeccable. We loved our server/waitress and her knowledge of the menu and how personable she was. The food is definitely delicious enough to come back and try more dishes on the menu. Might be a new regular spot. ????
Peachtree is a great place to eat. I've only had breakfast there but it was always very good and with large servings. They even offer home made pie in their display case at the cash register. Prices are very reasonable for us Senior citizens on limited income. What I like most us the minute you come in the door, which is like an Arctic entry, you are greeted with a most pleasant perfumed odor. One if my favorite places other than IHop to eat breakfast.
This is not the Peach tree of my memory. The servers are still really nice and fairly attentive. The food was not as good as it use to be.
I had liver and onions, mashed potatoes and green beans. The liver was on the tough side, the green beans were overcooked and icky, but the mashed potatoes were fresh not instant and very good. They did bring me some corn as a substitute for the beans. It was very good. I really use to love the liver/onions here, not now.
My daughter had biscuits and gravy and seemed to like it. They were great substituting fruit for the protein she didn't want.
It all depends on what you order. I really miss the quiche they made a long time ago.
At least they still make their pies. We purchased a sour cream marionberry pie to take home.
So give them a try and decide for yourself. ;-)
The owners are friendly, live locally, and treat you like family. The food is always great, although the portions are on the large size, and don't break your pocketbook! I love this place
It's always nice to go somewhere where the hostess still remembers you event though it's been months since you been there on a regular basis. Ordered off the senior menu and got plenty to eat. It's definitely a breakfast place and can get busy. We were there before 8 and it was almost empty but but the time we left, it was starting to fill up. Service is good and they leave a pot of coffee at the table so you don't have to wait for those refills.
