Sushi Mo

Hadn't eaten here for a while. It's changed. Ambiance is great, food is good quality and the service is top notch, but you definitely pay for it. I thought the portions were on the small side. Overall vibe I got from Sushi Mo is it's a perfect place to go for a romantic date. The lights are low, and there's a baby grand piano. No one was playing it unfortunately when we were here, but I imagine that would take the atmosphere over the top. I liked it, thought it was a nice experience, but if you're looking for large portions for cheap this is not your place.

I love this place. Food is great. All employees are friendly. I couldn't find a restaurant better than Sushi Mo in Vancouver area.

Yummy & high quality sushi! The service staff were very attentive. The combo platter was delicious and their in house sauce was excellent! The presentation was so fancy. I'm going to try lunch next! :)

Great place to come if you want ambiance and artful presentations. I'll give them 4.5 stars on presentation. The rest of the rating goes to quality of fish, portion size, and price. Have eaten sushi all over the world and this is by far they most pricey sushi restaurant I've ever encountered. Who knew - right here in Vancouver! Will be searching for something out of the stratosphere for my next sushi dinner experience.
