Excellent outside seating, best place to take in St. John's boulevard on a warm day.

Always brought friends, family and visitors here to soak up Rose Village and take a leisurely stroll through our neighborhood home after some good beers, excellent food and reflective conversation.

Victor is always great. The beers are amazing, they never disappoint, and they rotate taps at the right pace. Go there twice in a month and you will see something new, but you'll still see the one you loved last time. There is a steady crew of regulars (I am one) but you never feel uncomfortable. Half and half nachos are the best, throw in a pretzel and a sampling of their beers and you're having a good night.

Always very helpful and willing to help. They basically always have a deal going when they are open. Plus, with a changing weekly special style taco you will always find something good

Food and drinks were yummy! Kid friendly, kiddo got stickers and a temporary tattoo. Staff was super nice!! Also won a hat from them on facebook. Definitely going again, cool little place!

Super limited parking but you can park on side streets. Limited seating and fewer options for outdoor seating, but overall a neat little place to eat and drink. Tasty selection on tap and a simple, adequate food menu. If you don't live in the immediate area, it feels like you have to work a little to get there. In my opinion that's not a bad thing cuz sometimes quaint and quiet is what I'm looking for. Victor 23 is definitely on rotation for solid pubs to visit in Vancouver.
